II. Terminals used in wire harness products are all self-produced and processed!

1. Made of high-quality copper alloy (phosphor bronze). Phosphor bronze has a bright luster and is a copper alloy with good conductivity, is not easy to generate heat, ensures safety, and has strong fatigue resistance. The material of phosphor bronze can compensate for the poor ductility of brass. Phosphor bronze has better elasticity, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, making the product safer and more durable. Therefore, good terminals are mostly made of the best phosphor bronze.

2. Terminal plating, gold-plated or tin-plated. Gold plating has a very strong anti-oxidation function, but it is slightly more expensive. Considering the cost, if the customer has no special requirements, gold plating is generally not used. Good plating has a particularly bright surface and is not easily oxidized, thus extending the service life of the product! Poorly plated terminals are prone to oxidation after a long time, and the surface will rust, directly affecting the service life of the product.

III. Connector shells used in wire harness products are all self-produced and processed.

1. The insulation material used in the production of shells is PBT/Nylon 66. PBT or Nylon 66 material has good fluidity and smoothness, good electrochemical resistance, good thermal performance, and good fluidity and impact resistance. Poor insulation materials are prone to heat generation under load, have poor temperature resistance and poor hygroscopicity, and are easily deformed, short-circuited, and burned.

2. The connector shell has a smooth and bright surface. Poor-quality shells will have more burrs, making it difficult to insert and pull out, resulting in insufficient contact and easy contact failure.

3. The connector shell has good flame retardancy. Even if the flame is large, it will not cause direct combustion, which is absolutely environmentally friendly and safe.
